Primavera, which means “spring” in Spanish, is more than just a season—it symbolizes beginnings, encounters, and the emergence of something new. This image also reflects our program: father and daughter—Guido “El Tallo” and Bella Paloma—bring together two generations through flamenco. They share the stage, creating a dialogue that explores family roots, different perspectives, and their shared passion for this art form. Harmony in movement contrasts modern dance forms with traditional flamenco.

They are accompanied by Josel Ratsch (Dresden) on guitar and singer Javi Castrillón, originally from Vejer (Andalusia). Together, they present a form of flamenco that blends tradition with a personal touch—powerful, intense, and vibrant.

What began in the spring of 2026 continues with this guest performance on October 9. “Primavera” reminds us that art is constantly renewing itself: not by forgetting its roots, but by being passed down from generation to generation, while being reinterpreted and redeveloped along the way.
